Manufacturing Locations
HyPro has over 700,000-sq. ft. of manufacturing capacity in multiple locations. HyPro’s business system model is proven, with all ERP and business systems integrated into its Waterford, Wisconsin HQ location, and each manufacturing location tied to those systems via high speed data transmission lines. Each facility is staffed to manage its own engineering, quality, operations, and customer service requirements.
HyPro’s Advanced Engineering, Quality, Inside Sales, Purchasing, and Operations staff and ERP systems are located at the HQ location and support each location. The APQP process and documentation for each product is centrally developed and stored within the central servers, allowing design control and controlled access from any location. This model provides maximum flexibility for HyPro as it is able to deploy all of its capacity among its multiple locations to meet spikes in customer demand.
