QUEST, our quality management program developed as a metric to benchmark Quality, Utilization, Engineering, Safety and Training, is our focus to measure where we are today against where we need to be to maintain and exceed market expectations for both today and tomorrow. HyPro’s QUEST metrics are available for all management, staff and employees both on-line (real-time), and are posted and published for all to review. All of HyPro’s plants and personnel work towards the same QUEST goals and objectives, enabling HyPro to work as Team HyPro in everything we do.
