HyPro integrates advanced engineering into everything it does, including DFM/A, Tool & Fixture design, Product design, Manufacturing process design, and contract engineering services. HyPro integrates its engineering resources into key customer development teams at the earliest point possible to insure that casting, machining, and assembly design cost reductions are integrated in the design prior to fabrication of expensive production patterns and tools.
HyPro has multiple design seats and utilizes CAD/CAM to optimize its machining and manufacturing fixture and tooling designs. HyPro is experienced in supporting key customers in its product design process, actually providing design assistance on their product designs through the APQP process. This service insures that quality is integrated into the product and process from the onset, maximizing potential for success for HyPro, its customers, and its extended supply chain team.
