HyPro’s core business is supplying precision machined parts for various off highway and industrial markets. HyPro machines parts ranging from 2 lbs. to 2000 lbs. and from 30 mm to 2000 mm in size. Our core machining processes are focused on turning and milling.

Automation is the greatest way to achieve repeatability, reliability, and efficiency in a manufacturing environment. HyPro is proud to have an onsite staff of 5 engineers that design and implement 100% of our automation projects in house.

HyPro supplies our customer’s assembly lines with more than just a machined product. We have been able to eliminate assembly steps at our customer by assembly simple items like bushings and grease zerks. We are also able to provide full assemblies tested and packaged ready to drop ship to your customer.

Several of the parts that HyPro machines require special features like gear teeth, plating, heat treat, and paint. In addition, many of the parts have tighter tolerances that require grinding or lapping. HyPro supports all of these process either internally on our special equipment or externally at one of our many certified sources.

All our machined parts and assemblies require purchased material and components. HyPro purchasing department works with a complete supply base of foundries and distributors to provide you a 100% funded material solution. Our technical purchasing team works a liaison between the supplier, HyPro, and the customer to source and launch all new product.

HyPro works closely with our customers and suppliers to ensure that our customer’s design is optimal for manufacturability and cost. In addition, we internally design and build all our work holding and custom boring tools.
